"Company," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Snappystick LLC. "You" refers to the individual accessing or using the website or services. "Service" refers to the Snappystick LLC website, contact forms, review automation information, customer follow-up workflows, and related communications.

Services
Snappystick LLC provides information and workflows related to review automation, reputation management, customer follow-up, alerts, and service-related communications for local businesses.
Contact Forms and Your Information
When you submit a form, you may be asked to provide information such as your first name, last name, business name, email address, phone number, and message. You agree that the information you provide is accurate, current, and submitted by you or with proper authorization.
SMS Messaging Terms
By selecting an SMS consent checkbox on our Contact Us page or otherwise providing documented consent, you agree to receive SMS messages from Snappystick LLC according to the type of consent selected.
SMS Notifications and Alerts may include review requests, appointment or service reminders, customer support follow-ups, account updates, and service-related alerts. Occasional marketing messages may include updates about Snappystick LLC services, offers, or related business information if you choose the marketing consent checkbox.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to +1 (978) 644-7867. Upon sending STOP, we may confirm your unsubscribe status by SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.
If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply HELP to +1 (978) 644-7867 for assistance or email support@snappystick.org. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with Snappystick LLC, but you may receive approximately 3-5 messages per month and typically no more than 10 messages per month. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Acceptable Use
